CGLT co-holds a Conservation Restriction (along with Opacum Land Trust) of 125 acres located off Stafford Street in Charlton and Oxford.
The land contains a mixture of upland and lowland woods and wetlands with several locally-used trails running through.
CGLT member Richard Kisten donated the Conservation Restriction to Opacum and CGLT in 2017 in order to permanently protect his land from development and to maintain it for wildlife habitat and outdoor passive recreation (hiking, etc.).
